To our valued clients and neighbours:

During these times we want to re-assure our clients and neighbours that we will continue to adjust our work and act in accordance with the latest government recommendations. Safety is paramount and as such are taking the COVID-19 pandemic extremely seriously. We want to ensure you that we will continue to act in a manner that puts safety and health of our clients first. We have enacted the following policies and measures as part of our pandemic planning:

• Minimize in-person meetings
• Lower the risk by adopting the guidelines related to “social distancing”
• Utilize phone, email and video conferencing as much as possible.
• Continue to use digital means to communicate contracts securely.

Across BC, Realtors and real estate companies are looking to find new ways to minimize direct personal contact, such as virtual tours, to connect properties with buyers during this difficult time. For those that do need to conduct an in-person tour of a property, we’re seeing increased personal hygiene measures, coordination between sellers and prospective buyers and strict limitations in place.

We are continuing to monitor the situation and taking all recommendations to ensure the safety of our clients, their families, and the general public. We all have a role during this difficult time, and we thank you for your efforts. Where possible, please take care of those most vulnerable.
